Medical legal case in which a patient sustained injury during a car wreck. These case-specific images, boards, and exhibits were created with patient data and physician records to clearly highlight injuries to a jury during trial.
The plaintiff sustained internal bleeding as well as a laceration of the spleen, both of which are clarified in this board.
These images depict the myriad of pelvic injuries resulting from the car wreck. The parts of the pelvis and individual break types can be difficult for juries to understand on paper, but are more easily understood through the usage of customized, case-specific visuals.
We used healthcare reports to develop this board, which alerts juries to the cause and effect of a Sacral 1 (S1) nerve root injury.
In this board, we visually explain the plaintiff's bone and cartilaginous injuries within the ankle.
Here, we chose to clarify the surgical repair of the plaintiff's ankle. This board can be juxtaposed with the previous board to show the 3-dimensional issue and hardware in reparation.
